Abstract Encaustic Paintings
Painting in encaustic (molten beeswax), I explore the idea of everyday remainders. These works are consequences of actions resulting in a surface of texture and purposeful marks, text and image. Marked by intuition, repetition and layers, my art reflects a motivation to articulate both the known and unknown into a visual experience open to transformation by viewers.
